Discovery & estimates
During the initial stages of a project, we may conduct discovery, scoping, and assessment activities to understand your requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Non-Refundable: Fees charged for these services are non-refundable once delivered.
 - These activities help us ensure that your project is properly scoped, risks are identified, and expectations are clearly set.
 - By paying for discovery and estimates, you enable us to allocate resources, perform technical research, and provide professional recommendations.
 
Milestone-based projects
For projects delivered using a milestone-based approach, payments are tied to specific deliverables.
- Accepted Milestones: Refunds are not applicable for milestones that have been accepted by the client
 - In-Progress Work: If a milestone is in progress but has not been fully delivered, we may credit unused effort toward future work.
 - Any credit or adjustment will be applied only by mutual agreement between the client and Floating Infotech Pvt Ltd.
 
Support retainers
For ongoing support or maintenance, we may provide pre-paid retainer agreements.
- Non-Refundable: Retainers are pre-paid and non-refundable.
 - Unused Hours: If specified in your contract, unused hours can roll over within the agreed period.
 - Retainers help us prioritize your requests and guarantee resource availability for timely support.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved credits or refunds will be processed according to your original payment method or by applying credit toward future services, depending on the agreement.
